Terms of use
Plain terms covering bookings, payments, cancellations and acceptable use of the service.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to create an account. A parent or guardian may book on behalf of a minor and must attend the consultation.
Bookings and payment
A consultation is ₹499 for 30 minutes. A booking is held once payment is recorded and becomes confirmed when the doctor accepts the slot. If a slot cannot be honoured, you will be offered an alternative time or a full refund.
Cancellations
You can cancel from your dashboard. Cancellations made more than 12 hours before the appointment are fully refundable. Missed appointments without notice are not refundable.
Acceptable use
Provide accurate information, do not impersonate anyone, and do not use the service for emergency care. Prescriptions are issued at the doctor's clinical discretion and cannot be demanded.
Liability
The service provides remote medical consultation. It does not replace physical examination, laboratory testing or emergency care where those are indicated.
