Privacy policy
Health information deserves more care than an average website policy. This is what we collect, why, and how you stay in control.
What we collect
Your name, contact details, date of birth, the answers you give during symptom intake, your appointment history, and any prescription issued to you.
Why we collect it
Solely to deliver your consultation, maintain an accurate medical record, and let you access your own history later. We do not use your health data for advertising and we never sell it.
Who can see it
You, and the treating doctor. Access rules are enforced at the database level, not only in the interface. Administrative staff can see appointment and payment status, not your clinical answers.
Payments
Payments are processed by a payment provider. We store only a reference and the paid status — never your card details.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your records, correct inaccurate details, or ask for your account and records to be deleted. Some records may be retained where law requires a medical record to be preserved.
